Pastor Brae is deeply committed to God and the work of the Lord. Brae and her husband and family traveled all over the world due do his military career. While in Japan, she would be forever changed accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior and being filled with the Holy Spirit. “God said get thee out of thy country and from thy kindred” (Genesis 12:1) She was licensed a minister in 2004. She would then go on to complete Agape Divinity School in 2005 and licensed again by Dr. Wayne E Anderson after completing ministry training school in 2015. She is currently helping her husband launch CORCC Charleston. Through much prayer the name was later changed to Faith City Church in 2022.

Pastor Brae loves God’s word and is often called a Berean. She is currently teaching a weekly book study founded on the word called G.A.T.H.E.R.E.D via ZOOM on Wednesdays. Pastor Brae also has a podcast called “2BEHONEST” on Spotify.

She is happily married to the Senior Pastor of Faith City Church Byron Dewalt and the mother of 3 beautiful children Kayla, Michael, and Alexis and grandmother to Amani, Alivia, Amerie, and Ava.
